How access and the clock work
You pay, then a 2-minute checklist walks you through granting read-only access. I never need edit rights — analyst and viewer roles only, and you can revoke them the moment your deliverable lands. The 48-hour clock starts the moment access is confirmed — not at payment, since I can't audit what I can't see. When I confirm I'm in, you get a timestamp; hold me to it.
How pricing works: per brand, not per account
One audit fee covers one brand and all of that brand's ad channels — Meta, Google, TikTok — plus its tracking. The $497 tier covers a brand under roughly $15k/mo in total spend; the $1,000 Senior tier is for higher spend, three or more channels, or Performance-Max-heavy accounts — genuinely two to three times the analysis. Separate brands are a separate audit each, with a discount if you bring several.
The refund, exactly
3+ documented leaks or it's free. That means: if your audit can't document at least three fixable revenue leaks — each with a screenshot and priced in the dollars of revenue it distorts, so a nitpick never counts toward the three — your audit fee comes back. No forms, no argument.

Your audit fee credits 100% toward any Barlo Digital project or retainer you start within 60 days of delivery. Fix it yourself and never call me again? Also fine — you keep the walkthrough video and the fix list either way. No card on file, nothing auto-renews.
